- •You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
- •You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates community guidelines.
- •We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Competitions and Prizes
- •Competitions are subject to specific rules and eligibility requirements.
- •Prize winners are determined based on community votes and engagement metrics.
- •All prize decisions are final and binding.
- •Prize money is subject to applicable taxes and regulations.

Thrift and Osusu Services
- •Thrift and Osusu are financial services provided through our platform.
- •All savings and group collection activities are subject to applicable financial regulations.

Prohibited Activities

- •You may not copy, modify, or distribute Africon's proprietary content without permission.
- •User-generated content remains the property of the user, subject to the license granted to Africon.
Termination

- •You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- •Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

Limitation of Liability

- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
